The resting electrocardiogram (ECG) is a test that records the electrical activity of your heart using electrodes placed on your chest and limbs. It helps detect anomalies in heart rhythm, signs of coronary artery disease, conduction disorders, or other heart conditions. The test is quick, painless, and performed directly at the clinic.

No prescription? No problem. Our Nurse Practitioners (NPs) can evaluate you, prescribe the ECG if necessary, and provide follow-up — all in the same visit, with our health check-up.
HOW'S IT GOING?
Online or telephone appointment booking
Comfortable installation and electrode placement
Recording of cardiac activity (about 5 to 10 minutes)
Results analyzed and sent to your treating physician
The exam lasts about 10 minutes and requires no special preparation. Wear clothes that are easy to remove from the upper body to facilitate electrode placement. For men, it is recommended to shave chest hair before the exam to ensure optimal adhesion of the electrodes. The results are sent to your treating physician for interpretation and follow-up.
