Whether it's the flu (influenza), a severe cold, or another respiratory virus, our team quickly assesses your condition, performs necessary tests, and prescribes the appropriate treatment as needed to speed up your recovery.

This service is for you if you have fever, chills, severe fatigue, body aches, headaches, cough, nasal congestion, or a persistent sore throat.
Two types of appointments are available to ensure appropriate evaluation:
Person under 5 years OR person with lung disease
Person 5 years and older without lung disease

Prescription if needed and personalized recommendations
If your symptoms are severe, worsen, or persist for more than a few days without improvement, a consultation allows for an assessment of the situation and a determination of whether it is a viral or bacterial infection.
In the majority of cases (e.g., acute bronchitis), the symptoms are of viral origin and do not require antibiotics. Antibiotic treatment may be considered only when specific clinical criteria suggest a bacterial infection, as in certain cases of acute sinusitis.
